What is a U.S. Agent for Service?

An FAA U.S. Agent for Service is your designated individual or company with a physical address in the USA, required under 14 CFR Part 3. We are authorized by you to receive official FAA correspondence and legal documents on your behalf to ensure your pilot certificate remains in good standing

Under 14 CFR Part 3, any individual or entity holding a foreign FAA certificate, rating, or authorization must designate a U.S. Agent for Service. This includes international pilots, mechanics, and repair stations without a physical U.S. address. Since the July 2025 deadline, this is a mandatory requirement to maintain your FAA privileges. Our service provides this required U.S. presence in Daytona Beach for just $59/year

You can simply sign up for the plan of your choice above, next we will share a step by step guide on how to complete registration at USAS portal and choose us as your designated agent for service.

The official compliance deadline for existing foreign certificate holders was July 7, 2025. However, the FAA registration portal remains open in 2026 for those who missed the original date or are applying for new certificates
